A welcome return to Sandbach from this exciting and energetic harp duo from Paraguay who are popular performers at major harp festivals across the world. Sixto and his brother Juanjo Corbalán are both composers in their own rights and together they present an engaging concert of Paraguayan and world music.

Husband and wife duo, Heather & Harvey, play music by Beethoven, Rachmaninov & the energetic variations by Martinu on a theme by Rossini.

A welcome return to Sandbach for soprano Anna-Clare Monk who, along with harpist Lauren Scott, will be performing songs by Ivor Novello as well as opera favourites by Puccini & Dvorak.

Rachel Helleur-Simcock & Gwilym Simcock

Rachel Helleur-Simcock is a member of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and The 12 Cellists of The Berlin Philharmonic.  Together with International piano sensation Gwilym Simcock they will be presenting a program of French music and original pieces for cello & piano.

Sophie Rosa

Sophie Rosa and Benjamin Powell return to Sandbach Concert Series to perform a programme centering around Beethoven Violin Sonata in G major, Op. 96. Known for its etherial serenity and lyrical beauty, the last of the ten sonatas is undoubtedly one of the most sublime works in the violin and piano duo repertoire. The concert will also include favourite works by Fritz Kreisler and virtuosic Brahms Hungarian Dances. 

 

Dominic Degavino

A rising young piano star and passionate performer, Dominic Degavino was recently a prize winner at the Royal Over-seas League competition. Concert supported by the Royal Over-seas League.

'Over 100 Years of Women and The Saxophone' is a project by saxophonist Amy Green and composer/saxophonist Charlotte Harding celebrating the pioneering female saxophonists, composers and bandleaders who were integral in developing their instrument, their art and their profession.With pianist Christine Zerafa.
