Next Concert

Due to Covid-19 we regret to announce that all Sandbach Concert Series events will be cancelled up to the end of June. This includes the March, April, May & June concerts as well as our Young Musician of the Year competition on 18th April.

We consider the safety of all our audience members and musicians to be of the upmost priority and look forward to welcoming you back when the health crises has passed.

If you have purchased a ticket for any of the concerts you are entitled to a refund, but we would humbly request for you to consider using that ticket for one of our concerts at a later date. As a small charity that relies on our ticket income this would be our preferred option. However if you would like a refund please email info@sandbach-concert-series.co.uk and we will sort this out for you.

If you are a young musician who was due to play at one of our spotlight concerts in March or April or at the competition, we are very sorry to miss your performance. However, this is an excellent time to do lots of practice and we look forward to hearing you play another time. Just contact your teacher or our Spotlight Director to arrange another performance slot.

We will do our best to re-schedule the performances by our March, April, May & June artists at a future date.

To our regular and loyal audience – Stay safe and we’ll see you at another concert soon.

Good health!

Mission Statement

Our concerts are unique because we:

  • Provide the opportunity for young people to perform in front of a paying audience and professional artists who excel in their chosen instruments.
  • Give our audience an opportunity to hear world class artists perform live in our town.
  • Contribute to our community by showcasing local art and giving to local good causes.

All this, with a drink and excellent company!

As well having reasonable ticket prices, we have an earlier start and finish time than traditional concerts so that we can encourage more families and our younger citizens to experience good quality live music.

We have a 30 minute interval between the Spotlight concert and the main concert,to give an opportunity for concert goers to view an exhibition by local artists which is on display as well enjoying drinks and a raffle with money raised by the raffle going to local good causes.

The Sandbach Concert Series is a great way to listen to some good music, support the young people of the town as well as being a regular place to meet on the Sandbach social calendar.

In 2016 Sandbach Concert Series changed status and is now a Registered Charity no:1166321
